I noticed in the new release 3.40 (https://support.smartbear.com/readyapi/docs/general-info/whats-new.html) there is something related to that "no environment" that might relate to your question...
Do note, for me the new 3.40 caused memory issues, so might still want to wait with the upgrade until that is solved. (see https://community.smartbear.com/t5/ReadyAPI-Questions/Memory-problems-with-3-40-0/m-p/234868)
