Entire Test suite gets deleted when I try to delete a coloumn in datasoure by keybord delete button

I am using ready API 1.3.1. See wired behaviour and lost my lot of work two times:(   Ready API will delete the entire test suite when user select a column name in DataSource and hit Keyboard Dele...

Yes. We use TFS.

Thats good, atleast you can revert the project in case the project is corrupted.

    It happened to me as well :-(  

     

    Lot of my work is lost.  It never happened with SOAP pro 5.1.2 or previous versions.  I was not actually sure how it was deleted but definitely I did not delete the test suite by myself.  I think, I copied the DataSource path in the Project level rest request, after that I did not see the test suite.

      From the above read, you must be knowing by now how to avoid, I believe.

        Hi Rao,

         

        It looks to me there's a BUG in the tool. I could not figure out why the test suite is deleted.  That said, I was just doing the normal opertaions i.e touching the test case steps/REST apis requests/editing these requests.  My bad, for last 7 days work, I did not check into the SCM tool.  so, I lost my work.

         

        Could you please take a deep look at the issue?  For now, I will continue my work with 5.1.2 version, don't want to take the risk.
