Dynamically generating testrequests and assertions

Hi,

I came across this topic : "dynamically generating testrequests and assertions based on database content" on SoapUI website.

I would like to do something similar but could not find more details. If anyone has implemented this before or has any ideas, please let me know.

    Hi,

    Since SoapUI supports Groovy as a scripting language, you can do virtually anything you want. For instance, you can create your own TestSteps dynamically using the WsdlTestStepFactory. Normally we don't provide customer support for groovy scripts, but my suggestion is to read up on the SoapUI object model in the link in your post, read the API docs for SoapUI open source and Pro features, google around a bit and experiment to get you started.
