Duplicate request to also duplicate settings

If I do F9 to dupe, it doesn't copy over the WS-A settings and I seem to always have to tick the Enable WS-A, Default Action, and Default To.
It would be nice if duplicated did this - or if there's a setting for them at the project level ?
