can you please elaborate, my question is ReadyAPI/SamrtBear has inbuilt API's to create Virtual Services which can be used in a pipeline script to create on the fly based on the input.

I am using already Pro version :), I am using different SV tools so I have expertise in creating virtual services. if you see the subject itself, my question is,
is there any tool inbuilt API which can be used to virtualize API's? I am not asking for an API to be Virtualized. But an API which will help you to virtualize this is something feature which will work out of the tool not based on the UI. there are tools that are offering this feature.
