Yes it's working fine. I have created the script for reading xml file from local machine. My Actual problem was virtserver is not taking the file folder which is from local machine.

You can try to work with your XML file using the DataSource test step of the XML type: https://support.smartbear.com/readyapi/docs/soapui/steps/data-source.html.
File-based data sources (for example, Excel sheets or .csv files) automatically get to VirtServer when you deploy your Virt there. VirtServer then automatically adjusts the Virt properties so that they refer to the uploaded data file.
