Hi,
Did I get it right that the same project is successfully launched on different computers?
In this case, let’s try the following on your computer:
- Remove all projects from the Ready! API Workspace or rename/more the following file:
C:\Users\<UserName>\default-soapui-workspace.xml
- Try to open the project one more time.
- When opening, make sure that you are specifying the folder where the composite project is stored, not the project files.
If this doesn’t help, I would appreciate it if you record a video demonstrating the steps you performed. To record a video, you can use Jing - a free screen capture tool ( http://www.jingproject.com ).
No it idnt solve anything, (also asked my fellow team member to convert using their copy of 5.1.2 and see if i could open it with my copy of 5.1.2 but i got the same problem.
However, I uninstalled and removed all things soapui 5.1.2 in my computer, (with the added "benefit" of losing all my settings)
Installed the 5.1.0 version that i had downloaded previously. NOW i could open the project that I converted before.
The error message I got this time sas
"The composite project [x] appears to be saved in the old file format, it will be converted into the new format and saved in the new directory x_new"
Due to the nature of the work i am doing i cannot film or attache the files as is, as it s a secuity issue.
