Can't install soapUI Eclipse plugin from Eclipse Marketplace

Question

After I search for "soapUI" on the Eclipse Marketplace, it finds a "soapui-eclipse-plugin", but there'no "Install" button and URL shown is broken: http:/%2Fwww.soapui.org/eclipse/update (%2F instead of /).
