Cannot access a global variable in custom authorization profile.

Hi All,
I am currently facing a issue where I am trying to use a global variable in a custom OAuth2 authorization profile. Is there a way we can use the global variable or project level variable in custom authorization profile.
I am storing the access token in global variable generated by POST call using Property Transfer.
Any help is appreciated.
