Can SOAPUI 5.1.3 Sign the BinarySecurityToken - WS-Security

It seems that since SOAPUI 4.0.1 the ability to Sign the BinarySecurityToken for WS-Security has been broken.  I see an older message complaining about this in SOAP 4.5.1 but the trail ends with someone submitting a bug report /"pull request".

Has it been fixed yet?
