Can not create a durable subscription to a temporary topic

Hi

We get the above mentioned error for durable subscription when the users are based at a particular location. The same services are run without any errors from another location.

The IP Address schema is different for the 2 locations and the users are registered as part of different Domains, but part of the same organization.

Can anyone help with what could be the possible source of fault of this nature?
