Plugin manager is stored in the .soapui folder or .readyapi folder. So yes plugins do work with floating license, but make sure you back up the plugin manager folder in .soapui or .readyapi, if they change the floating license. Plugin is independent of floating or fixed licenses.
I think I might have expressed myself badly.
The maven support is not a plugin in the client (Plugin Manager), but a way to execute soapui projects using maven, see http://www.soapui.org/test-automation/maven/maven-2-x.html.
Can this "plugin" be used with a floating license?
