Can I pass the floating license as an Maven Argument??

 

Executing Maven:  -B -f /apps/jenkins-agent/workspace...../pom.xml clean test -e -DSuiteName=ITRN3-SmokeTest-Cycle1 -e LICENSE_SERVER=xx.xx.xxx.xxx:xxxx

 did not work
