Azure Pipeline gives us Endpoint not defined within environments error

We have a build agent set up with Ready API installed. When we updated to version 3.40.1, we started getting pipeline issue with the error Endpoint not defined within environments. We have updated the version on the build agents to 3.40.1 but the error is continuing. Has anyone else seen this and if so, what are ways to fix or work around it?
