API support to create proxy and ssl settings

Hi,
Am using SoapUI 4.0.1 trail version. Am trying to create WSDLProject with Proxy and SSL settings.
I could not find proper documentation. Please help me to create WSDLProject with proxy and ssl settings using java API.
