Add the ability to move resources via tree view

I think it will be great idea to modify the tree view in Windows Explorer way: add drag-and-drop and / or cut-copy-paste operations to all nodes - from projects to requests. It will save a hours if we need to change the resource structure - for example, if it is necessary to raise some resource on 1 or more levels. Now we need to recreate the whole resource structure with all child resources, requests & parameters. Moving the resource means corresponding moving of all its child resources, of course.
