Add the ability to move resources via tree view

I think it will be great idea to modify the tree view in Windows Explorer way: add drag-and-drop and / or cut-copy-paste operations to all nodes - from projects to requests. It will save a hours if we...

I agree. There appears to be no way to move resources to different levels via the UI using 3.6 Pro on my Macbook either. You would think this would be a high priority feature, but maybe it just doesn't come up very often for most users?

Either way, I'd love to see it in one of the next releases.
