Activate key sent not activating the Ready API Licence . Please help

Hi , I received a activate key for the soap licence my company  purchased for me .When  using the activate key, a message Licence needs actvation keeps coming . Please help . I am attaching the...

I have followed the standard procedure: Got the SoapUI Licence Key Installed the Ready API Add licence sent an email to get the key activated Received an email saying the key is activated uploaded the activate key and take me to the previous screen saying the Licence needs Activation

    Can you first remove the key from the attachments of your Message #1?

      I’ve removed your license file so that nobody else uses it. Please contact our Support Team as Rao suggested to resolve this license issue.
