A few issues with distributed testing.

Whenever I run a test case in distributed mode, after its finished the SOAPUI runner appears to be corrupted. The 'Testsuite' and 'TestCase' fields contain text that says something like 'No Testsuite available!' and'No TestCase available!' - the drop down list dont work anymore and the only way to rectify it is to delete the runner and create a new one.

Also when running in distributed mode every request comes back as having failed resulting in zero for average times etc , even though the actual responses are exactly what I expect.

Plus, more intermittently, when I start a test case running, nothing happens, the table logs fill with zeros and according to the generator and runner components, nothing is actually running.
