401 Unauthorised Error- Use can not run this command

Hi ,

I am using SOAP UI Pro licensed(2.2.0) from past 2 months.

 

the webservices which were working are not working now. Its throwing 401 Unauthorised error- User can not run this commend despite providing all required headers and proper data with right format.

 

If i take the same service and data and put into Postman it works fine. Dont know what is the issue with this tool. Re installed and tried same error is coming.

 

May be there is issue with cache and cookies, if so please could you guide me how to clear cache and cookies. Please refer the screenshot

 

Its very urgent please help me

    A 401 Unauthorized Error indicates that the requested resource is restricted and requires authentication, but the client failed to provide any such authentication. So, Either you need client certificate to access that service or you need to do some changes in Authentication tab. Try providing the authentication details inside Auth. And to add cleint certificate you need to go to preferences and SSL settings and provide the certificate path inside KeyStore and password.

     

    If this doesn't hep .. Try this also - Enable the "Authenticate preemptively" option in Ready! API Preferences > HTTP.
