2-Way SSL not working

Hey, I am trying to use the web recording feature in soapUI 4.0.1. My web app requires 2 way SSL . I have my cert (.p12) and password in the preferences. That all seems to be fine. It is all kinda finicky though. I have my test step pulled up and I have the "Request URL:" entered. Now this is where it acts strange. If I have the XML tab highlighted and click the green arrow to submit the request, it loads the xml fine. Then If I click the html tab it is blank. Then after about 30 seconds it loads the page but without any kind of formatting. However, when I click any link I get an immediate “Secure connection Failed” error. (Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_alert). The cert certainly works through a browser fine. Additionally, most of the time when I have the HTML tab selected and click the green arrow, It will display the SSL error but the XML tab will be fine.

If there is any way you can shed some light on the issue, it would be much appreciated.
