We'd like an email alert for all defect changes but sent to only specific users. Any suggestions?

We're a new Enterprise QA Complete customer and we'd like to have an email alert for any change to a Defect but sent to specific users aside from the owner and the assigned-to.  Any suggestions?

Hi Bill -

Any user in the system can sign up for email alerts - they just need to go to the Home tab, select Email Alerts, and select Defects - All Changes.

But maybe you are meaning users outside of the system? Please let me know -
