Hi!
I've seen that error before. If you notice on the registration form, there are two tabs: one for our TestComplete registration and another for QTP. Click on the QTP tab and uncheck the Active? box to make it inactive. Then go back to the TestComplete tab and you'll be able to finish up.
By the way, are you using QAPlanner or QAComplete? I just wondered since you mention QAComplete and I can move this into the QAComplete forum.
