Reset User Password in QA Complete
How does an administrator reset a user password in QA Complete?
- Hi Larry, - Thank you for your post! To change a password for a QAC user, do the following: - - go to the Setup screen - click Setup  at the upper right of the menu bar; at the upper right of the menu bar;- - select Security > Users and click on the Edit button for the needed user; - - on the Edit User screen change a password and click Submit. - The user should receive an email informing about a password reset. - Anastasia
