Reset User Password in QA Complete

How does an administrator reset a user password in QA Complete?

    Hi Larry,


    Thank you for your post! To change a password for a QAC user, do the following:

    - go to the Setup screen - click Setup at the upper right of the menu bar;

    - select Security > Users and click on the Edit button for the needed user;

    - on the Edit User screen change a password and click Submit.


    The user should receive an email informing about a password reset.
