QAComplete and the automation of tests

testing QAComplete have noticed that to run a script must be within a project and within a suite of projects but if I put more than one script per project to run the second script does not run and shows me an error , my question is also to be the structure to execute automation scripts from QAComplete or am I doing something incorrectly thank you very much
