| Does any one know if you are able to create a folder not visible to anyone but the members of your team? We would like to create a sub folder or a new folder but it only be visible to specific users. Is this possible. I have gone through the user guide and see where you can create a private document folder but that is not what I need. Anyhelp is appreciated. |

If you're using ALMComplete you can use the Shared Documents feature in the Collaboration Tab. You can restrict the access to this folder to specific people in your team, and you can use this to upload documents. There is more information in our userguide:
