Is it possible to Integrate IBM Requisite Pro and Bugzilla with QAComplete.

We have a requirement to integrate QAComplete with IBM Requisite Pro and Bugzilla.

Can anyone help with this. I am aware of OpsHub which can integrate but would like to know the licensing cost and procedure to integrate it seamlessly.
