After creating custom agent how to map the tool name in the drop down like "test complete/test execute".
Can trigger the test script execution from qa complete?

You cannot add an additional item to the drop-down list. But, you should be able to choose any of the available automation types and your custom Test Agent will run it.

I have the same issue with the QAC-UFT integration, I already created some scripts in UFT and also created the agent in QAC by following the instructions in this page (https://support.smartbear.com/qacomplete/docs/developer/api/rest/automation/create-agents.html) the problem is in the point number 4 (Download automation scripts to hosts), I have created a zip file with the UFT script and loaded it into the Automation tab under the corresponding test library, linked the script to the test library, etc, and nothing has worked. Do you have an example or some documentation that I can read to understand the process and what needs to be done to integrate QAC with UFT?
