What version of QAC do you use - SaaS or On-Premise?

Also, note that the JIRA account you use for configuring synchronization must have Administrator privileges:

Please let me know the case number, I cannot find the corresponding case in our DB.

I think I have not created a ticket but just the post. I will create a ticket for this issue.
However, I do not see any issue with our servers to access. I have verified these before the start the of integrating the tools.
Both JIRA and QAC are in SaaS and are accessible over internet.
Any thoughts are appreciated.

Thank you for the reply. It is not clear for me whether you can see the list of Jira projects. If you can, you need to select the needed JIRA project and click on the 'check mark' next to projects name. It should highlight after you clicked it. Please see the screenshot.
Can you please provide a screenshot with your error message?
