Feature Request: Escalation Rule - Defects
Allow for escalation rules on defects. For instance I want to know when any critical defect is entered on a project.

We do have this feature today. Go to Setup/System Configuration/Escalation Rules and you should see a Defects option there. If you do not, you may need to grant access in your Security Group to see that properly. In the Defects security entity section you will see an option for Defects Escalation Rules Maintenance, which governs the Escalation Rules for Defects.
