Feature Request: Edit Support Tickets from the web

Need the ability for support manager to edit tickets without having to find the e-mail related to the defect.  Also Support manager opens a new window for every action.  Should reuse the same window.

Hello Ron,

Thank you for your suggestion to improve our Support Ticket Manager functionality.  We have had this on our list to do in the future.  We have added your notes to our backlog for reference.
