FAQ - How do I know an Escalation Rule has fired?

If you are not one of the team members receiving an email from the Escalation Rule, you can still check on an item to see if the Escalation Rule has fired.

Go to the Listing panel. Use Choose Fields and look for Last Escalation Rule, Nbr Escalations, or Date Last Escalated and add all or any of these fields to the List. Now you can scroll down the list to check on the Escalation Status of your items.
