Escalation Rules

Is there any way to check previous values and compare columns?  For instance, I'd like conditions such as:


  • Last Updated By <> Assigned To

  • Assigned To <> Previous Assigned To

  • Assigned To = Current User


etc.

    Hi Jeff -

    I haven't had a chance to play around with this yet, but will let you know what I find.

    I know that Assigned To = Current User won't work, since Current User is the user currently logged in, and the escalation engine won't know that information. Not sure about the others but it sounds interesting.
