Can you create Test Sets from other Test Sets?

I've created a few smaller test sets that test specific functions, and I couldn't find a fast way (besides selecting each individual test from the test library) to add tests from an existing test set to my new test set.  Is there a way to do this?  I would have thought that under the "Select from" option there would be "Test Sets", but it only has "Test Library" as an option.



I may have to rethink my folder structure now, or possibly add some custom fields and filters to help me link tests to help make the larger test sets.
