| Is there a way to configure the Test Runner in QAComplete to Pause & Save any passed/failed steps if the user logged into the test is automatically logged out due to session expiration and/or they close their browser without clicking save/pause? |

I did some testing on your scenarios, and currently the test runner does not save any progress if the user's session expires or if they don't save their progress and accidently close the test runner window. This sounds like an awesome enhancement request and if you could please fill out a case here:
