We recently added the Zephyr custom MCP connector to Claude, and it works, but the token keeps expiring after around 30 minutes. I keep having to disconnect and then reconnect the connector so Claude is able to reach the API again.
Is there a config that my Claude admin needs to do when adding the connector?
Why does the token expire at all? Other connectors we use doesn't seem to expire. Let alone expire after just 30 minutes.

To answer your questions directly:
There is nothing your Claude admin needs to configure. No setting on that side will extend the session, so you are not missing a step in the setup.
The expiry itself is a current limitation on our side rather than something specific to your instance. We have already raised this internally and it is under review with the team for a change.
