Considering that LoadNinja is a load-testing tool:
a) I am doubting that this is at all possible;
b) Can you provide more details about your use-case and why do you need to store something from the load test to external file?

Documentation keeps mum as for outputting something to external file, so I am pretty sure this is not possible at the moment.
