LoadNinja with 10k plan doesn't support 10k users

I have designed a scenario of 10K users with proper  rampup, But Load Ninja is not starting the test, however the hours are getting deducted. I have waited for more the 2 hours, but no luck. All I go...

Hi ArunBabu,
This looks like something that shoyuld be addressed by our Support team. Please create a ticket with a test number or details, so our Support team can identify the case and find the possible reason for failure.
