Cannot Save changes until Test Script has been ran in UI Recoder

Same issue here.  Waiting for 15 minutes for a script to run because I changed a thinktime from 2000ms to 4000ms seems like a LOT of overhead for such a simple change.  Multiply that by the 38 steps in my tests, and that's a LOT of wasted time debugging a load test.
