The information you are looking for can be found in the help file, under "Data Generators". The sub-topic is "value from a set". Note: the process is much easier and also more flexible in terms of data source in our Pro tool.
We will be releasing WebLoadUI Pro in a few weeks. If you would prefer, you could download LoadComplete now as a free trial and get the functionality immediately. With LoadComplete (and WebLoadUI Pro) you can easily import values from text files, Excel and database tables.
