[LoadUIWeb] How to extract data from request dynamically

I want to extract data dynamicallu from request.. Is it possible to do?  I referred the documentation against data selector. but my request does not show the tab "Data selector"  How I am i suppose to...

I can see Attach file(s): check box below reply text editor. If it is not visible for you try any public file storage service like RapidShare or Google Drive.
