[LoadUIWeb] Certificate based authentication

Most DoD IT shops have to support Certificate authentication, would love to see it added.



From user manual - An example of an unsupported authentication type is Certificate authentication (if your Web server employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), you can use client or server certificates to authenticate user’s access to the server). This authentication method is currently not supported by LoadUIWeb.
