[LoadUIWeb] Cannot connect to the local Sentinel HASP License Manager’

I’m looking for an excellent LoadTest tool for our company to test our SilverLight system. I have download your WebLoad UI Pro last week, but I keep getting issues when installing it. My computer will crash and show screenBlue error when it installs. After I tried several times install and uninstall it. I think I found the rule of bluescreen. However, I don’t know how to deal with it so I come here and want to get help:)

 

After I install the WebLoad UI pro and reboot the computer. I got an error of HASP manger service install error. It says other install processes are in progress, I can not install this service correctly. Then I tried to open WebLoadUI pro, it gives me ‘Cannot connect to the local Sentinel HASP License Manager’ message.

 

I did the following steps as your TroubleShooter:

1. 
   Reboot the computer.


2. 
   Execute the following command (correct the path to the executable file if necessary):
   
   "C:\Program Files\Aladdin\HASP SRM\Redistribute\Runtime Environment\Setup\haspdinst.exe" - fr


3. 
   Reboot the computer


4. 
   Execute the following command (correct the path to the executable file if necessary):
   
   "C:\Program Files\Aladdin\HASP SRM\Redistribute\Runtime Environment\Setup\haspdinst.exe" –i

After that, my computer shows Bluescreen error.

And I reboot my computer to check eventlog. I just found one useful message is :

The program or feature "\??\C:\Windows\system32\hasplms.exe" cannot start or run due to incompatibity with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.

Not sure if it’s the core reason. In all, I can’t start WebLoad UI pro and kept getting screenblue error. Can you help me to point out?
