You can control to global setting for send/receive timeouts in LoadUIWeb using the following options under the Tools menu: http://loaduiweb.org/docs/reference/options/engines/http-load-testing-options.html#IDAEZRSC
If the timeout is happening consistently at exactly 5 users, it sounds like there are pages or scripts in your app that are places in the app (or server infrastructure) that are performing poorly, which our ‘Top 10’ report can definitely help you identify quickly. http://loaduiweb.org/docs/testing/results/panels/report/top10/top10-page-toc.html
You can include OS (Windows, *nix, and Apache) as well as MS-SQL stats by following the steps under the "Performance Monitoring" section of our website: http://loaduiweb.org/docs/testing/running/monitoring/managing-server-performance-counters.html
If you need to see the resource utilization of the controller (machine where you are running LoadUIWeb), you can add OS stats (see above) for that machine just the same as a remote server. I typically use % processor time, % committed bytes, and % disk time to target the primary resource utilization on a machine.
