we have revised the think time model considerably in LoadComplete 2.6 and simplified it according to common conventions - to represent the user delay between loading pages.
It sounds like you are using an earlier version. I would strongly recommend that you upgrade what you have to 2.6 and then hopefully your questions will get easily resolved.
