I can suggest 2 options:

  1. In TestComplete, you can create a script that will send a request to your service. Refer to this page for details: https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/app-testing/web/services/preparing-soap-requests.html  The only thing here is that this approach requires coding.
  2.  Use integration with LoadComplete. This is a SmartBear product developed specially for load testing. Please read the following online documentation: https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/working-with/integration/with-loadcomplete/creating-load-tests.html
