Cucumber REST API

I wanted to know whether Cucumber Studio has both Cloud and On-Premise offerings available or not. If both the offerings are available, then is there any difference between the REST API syntax and response structure of Cloud and On-Premise offerings.

Secondly, I wanted to know whether the following instance URL : https://studio.cucumber.io used for running the REST APIs of Cucumber mentioned in the following API Documentation:

https://studio-api.cucumber.io

Is same for both Cloud and On-Premise deployments as I see the Instance URL used in the above documentation link for the REST APIs is: https://studio.cucumber.io

Request to please respond to this Query on urgent basis as we have to start our work on Cucumber Integration.
