With the GUI client, how to uploaded the files that have already been checked in?

Hi guys, I am a CC and clearcase user. And I use the version 7 of CC GUI client. 



I need to set up a view for those files which have been checked in already.



I mean if there are some functions like -diffbranch such command in the GUI client?



Because it seems that the GUI can only upload the file to a review before their check in.



Could somebody help me to find a solution?
