Hi Kushan,
By default, CodeCollaborator's truncation limit is set to 4 MB. Any files larger than that will only display a partial file. You can increase the truncation limit by adding a line like this (for a 10MB limit):
-Dsmartbear.ccollab.upload.truncate.size=10000000
to these files:
C:\Program Files\Code Collaborator Client\ccollab.vmoptions
C:\Program Files\Code Collaborator Client\ccollabgui.vmoptions
